Where am I supposed to wear this bracelet? And is it waterproof? How soon will I begin to notice an improvement in my all over health? If I have one complaint it’s that you don’t provide enough information with the bracelets. I just got instructions on how to put them on, adjust the size and shipping info, that was it. Need more guidance. Thanx

Does not have a clasp so it very hard to put on and take off.

* Step 1: Insert the end of a paperclip into the small hole located on the clasp. Flip clasp open and release the silicone band.
* Step 2: Resize bracelet to fit your wrist. Use scissors to shorten the silicone band.
* Step 3: Insert the silicone band back into the clasp.
* Step 4: Squeeze the clasp to lock silicone band into place.

I am a great grandma 71.Ijust love my iRenew Bracelet never
take it off. I had polio 50 years ago And my bracelet keeps me
on my feet. it is so good I am going to order 2 more of them

I just bought the iRenew bracelet a few day’s ago, and already feel more energized and ballanced. Wow this thing is amazing.
I have a question though. Can it be worn around the ankle, or is that not an option?

To everyone yes it is waterproof but I love my irenew I have worn it for a few weeks now and I could feel a difference 10 min after putting it on. I had back surgery less then a year ago and it helps with the flexibility but the clasp on mine just broke today and I was just curious if I could just put the other piece on a different bracelet or if I have to have a different stainless steal clasp?

I DIDNT BELIEVE THAT THE IRENEW BAND REALLY WORKS AND NOW THAT I HAVE ONE MYSELF I KNOW THAT IT DOES WORK!!!!! NOW MY HUSBAND AND I WEAR ONE NOW AND I JUST BOUGHT ONE FOR MY MOM. REALLY DOES GIVE YOU THE ENERGY YOU NEED
